First day of work...

Well I started work today in Portland at Intel. pretty cool place... they work hard but they play hard too... anyways I saw this in the lobby, its a chopper but still cool.

now I just have to figure out if they'll let me take it out...

from the side:

it was made by the guys from that one show on discovery, american chopper, and the show will air sometime in july i think.

They're good guys but I think they get a little carried away with their designs. The bikes are fun to look at but I would never dare to ride one.

Congrats on the new job!

Work? "Hey, I gotta go to work ordering stuff out of a catalog and bolting it together."

Yeah, but......hmm....

Oh yeah, they CNC or waterjet some of the shiny bits

They're cheap entertainment- I can't stand them. Too much bitching and too little anything else

not much technology on a bike with the intel logo all over it. then again, OCC isn't well known for their engineering. just cut, bend, order parts, and eyeball.
John Britten was one of the true bike builders.

How many of you have seen or sat on a OCC bike? I have and I wasn't impressed with the fitment and the quality of the parts. Looked like a J&P catalog assembled bike. Of coarse I'm talkin production bike but my chop is a production custom and the parts are ALOT higher quality!
