That was a brick wall they slung her into, probably gave her a concussion. My sister had somebody do something similar to her as a drunk prank where she hit her head very hard and had to make a trip to the emergency room and had a very bad concussion as the result. The person didn't think their prank was so funny when we got done with him.

She looked pretty limp in that last frame, I'd say she probably got knocked out when her head slammed the wall. Hiding the monkey would probably have yielded the desired result, although then the dude might have been the one knocked out.
