Happy Lady in Redford

Someone has to be happy! Eddie Drummond returned the opening kick in the Lions game.... some chick in Redford got $100k towards her mortgage.

I bet the people who put up that promotion thought they would NEVER be paying that out. Lets see if they pay up!

They probably bought insurance like hole-in-one insurance for Golf tourneys. Let's see if THEY pay off

yeah, they have insurance just for those measures...most teams offer a big chunk of change for these types of scenarios..I know the STeelers offer like 33,000.00 if the opening one is returned as well.

they'll pay up....its a tax write off if nothing else.

every nfl team offers a huge payoff if the opening kickoff is returned for a touchdown.. the steelers usually offer $33,000.00 to one lucky fan if its returend for a TD... to signify their existance since 1933.

other than today, its not too often..which is one of the reasons they offer it at the beginning of the game and the second half..although the second half kickoff is usually worth a little less, since it happens more frequently.

At least someone won today - foucking Lions sucked AGAIN. Dumb mfrs. Joey "Ballgame" lost another. How many times are they going to play that foucker until they figure out he sucks.
