yea but how's the R6?
Well, Story goes a little something like this...
Last Thursday Yamaha admitted to finding oil flow issues with some 06 models and even thow the unit was out of warranty, they will cover parts and labor. Well I called on Saturday and asked the dealer what time frame to expect the bike back. Well they ask me when will I be paying for it? IM LIKE WTF here we go,
Yamaha called me and said not only they are covering parts/labor but they called you to tell you AUTHORIZE parts. The kid at the dealer @ the counter that is dealing with all this lied to me telling me they never spoke with Yamaha CORP.
Well Monday I called Yamaha and got the Reps boss on the phone and explained to him I am paying for a ride for 3 months with out having it, what will he do to correct this situation. He checked the computer and the claim was in 3 way called the dealer with the factory rep (original) and the rep said to the dealer "I did call you to approve this claim" he studders and she said to him flat out get me you boss on the phone.
She explains that claim is on, order parts and they have discrepancies on the Repair order they have 7 -10 hours over the limit and parts not part of the claim....
I will call tomorrow and see if I am surprised with yet another ****ty unhappy event.
