Amsterdam or Vegas

I am trying to go to either Amsterdam or Vegas for my birthday (October 28th) and stay for about a week. Who has been to both of these places and which one would you recommend? I know the weather in Vegas would probably be pretty warm but what are the conditions in Amsterdam that time of year? also which place has better things to do? I keep hearing that amsterdam is the land of sex and the land of drugs but Vegas is Sin city... im torn between which one to go to...

If you have some personal experiences to share as well about your time in either or both places you can pm me the details to keep them private

thanks!

I've been to Vegas, never been to Amsterdam, but given the choice between the 2, Amsterdam all the way.

Looks like Amsterdam is about 500-1000 more in just flight and room expense. Well thats for a hotel room, I have no idea how much a hostel costs for a week. I really have never been out of the country except canada so I dont know anything about traveling overseas.

Ive been to amsterdam its worth it. You can find places to stay from 50 euro a night and up. Vegas doesnt have the beautiful canals and the Vincint Van Gogh museum to wander through right after u went to the convenice store and bought some shrooms. I had an amazing time there. Roach954 and my sister came along as well and they loved it

Gotta be my Bizarro twin-I have a cruiser. Passport will take you 4 weeks-if you pay for the fast track.
