I'll make sure to pass that on to my son. Do adults really watch the Harry Potter movies?

This isnt' the movie, it's the final book in the series that comes out Saturday. And yes adults read them too. It's like any other sci-fi fantasy, it's just escape-ism.

Since most adult males never evolve beyond an adolecent mentality, it's even written in the right context for them.

This isn't the movie, this is book 7 spoilers. The movie has been a book for years. Book 7's plot has been under lock and key and got leaked.

This is the last harry potter book ever.

reminds me of last weekend. My mother took the family (my brother had is step daughter and grandson with him) to the show. The Step daughter is 12, and the only one in the family that hadn't read the books. She kept asking what was going to happen and who was going to die. Then she looked at me and said "Aren't you scared?" and I said NO, I read the book.

Nope, in the right mood, men are fun, adolecent mentality and all

Just making a general observation as an answer to rider's question about adults watching a movie about teenage witches.

I think it does, someone knows a little too much about the books and is sure on the attack.

Someone should do this, this was from the book 6 release apparently. I am reading another board right now where they spoiled it for some kids and they are super pissed. It's freakin hilarious.

Well, I know that at least one local Barne & Nobles is open at Midnight for a Harry Potter party... they can't sell the books until 12:01, so the only people there will there present to pick up the book. It would be a perfect opportunity to pull that stunt.

I admit it, I've read all six books, and my mother has asked me to pick up #7. But I'll read almost anything.
