I rock out to everything. When I work out I try and pick song that will motivate my arse and load them on to my ipod!!
So for example this week we have:
Korn-Word Up
Disturbed-Down with the sickness
Metallica-Enter Sandman
Nightwish-wish master
Theory of a Deadman-No Surprise
Deaf Pedestrians -15 beers ago

And so on! I love music(I left out all the cheesy 80's and 90's stuff but I love it)

Heres the Deaf Pedestrians

I listen to a lot of Techno / House music when I ride or work out, but lately I listen to just about anything by H.I.M and I.C.P, Twistid and TechNine.

Odd combo, I know.

I like alot of different types of music to get me pumped up:P
meshuggah, chimaira, lamb of god, alter bridge, testament, inflames, rob zombie, fear factory, pantera, sevendust, soilwork, young strapping lad, muse, prodigy, dj tiesto, breaking benjamin, thornly, mnemic, michael jackson, celldweller, creedence clearwater revival, ice cube. I could go on for awhile lol
But I'm sure a couple of these no one has heard of them.
