Those things are pretty cool lookin... you always see a herd of them (they flock togehter) during Bike Week/Biketoberfest... I dunno anything about how well they handle, so who knows if they'd even be any fun at the gap, but it'd be fun to try!

I haven't seen any of these in person but do have a room reserved for March 08' bikeweek in Daytona and will have to check them out.

They'll have them on display out by the speedway, and then you'll see a pack of them running up and down International Speedway Blvd here and there.

The only ones I've seen were in movies. No wonder though cause they're $50K! I'd definitely buy one though I'm not keen on the lights but we'll swap them. McCoy even makes a turbo for it cause it's powered by the ZX14 engine!

Let's all chip in and buy one for KP so he can still say he 'rides'! I say GasMan sells his chopper for first contributions?

So you're not denying the sale of your bike to put the proceeds to a T-Rex for KP?

This dude lost his legs and use to ride 2 wheels. He seemed happy to have this option. Said it was a ton of fun at the gap. The controls were a steering wheel with a motorcycle throttle/front brake lever. It was an automatic.

Not quite the vehicle originally posted, but has anybody ever seen/heard of the ariel atom? I saw this clip on youtube that a friend sent me...looks pretty sick. A couple weeks later I actually saw one on the street, but it was in a residential neighborhood, so i didn't really get to see it shine.

Check it out...pretty tight vehicle.

Hell Yes!!! The Atom's a supercharged go-kart!! More fun than a bike- no, but ridiculously quick!

I saw a T-Rex at a local race Saturday (at Jennerstown). Better looking than the Atom, but no way would it handle as well.

Those things handle like a dream. I worked an SCCA race in Miami a few years ago and me and a friend got to drive them around the track since is dad was the race coordinator. Funnest thing I have ever got to ride.

The Atom or T-Rex?

I'd expect the Rex to be better at a drag strip or off-road.
