Names.........

Just wandering, Why do we give unexperienced riders catagory names? Squids, noobs,

when we all enjoy two wheels!

I have no such name.

Its just a title that represents your number of posts. Its doesnt mean you ARE a squid or newb or learning to post.

Squid can apply to someone no matter how much experience they have..you wear flipflops to ride...90 years old...70 years experience...squid.

No joke, I've seen that a thousand times at bike night around here. Flip flops, shorts so short they might as well go without any..etc. lol. Flippin hilarious.

You don't have to be unexperienced to be a squid. You can be very experienced and be a huge squid. I have even been known to squid it on occasssion. I know a ton of people on this forum go squidly on occassion and some too much so.

Well I told R1 I was really HOT..sweaty even...and I just had get rid of the pants!! HAHah..jk. Really it was a GUY and I swear I went blind for the rest of the evening!! ICK!

Oh in that case it because a newb is a newb. Doesnt matter what you do in life, you will alway be called a newb if you are new are something. And squid applies to jackasses that dont wear gear and stunt on public roads regardless of how much experience you have.

I wear skate shoes all the time haha. Atleast i have a leather jacket i wear most of the time. Never go helmetless. I will also lay pipe in your mother if push comes to shove.
