comp. gurus and tekkies assemble!

For some reason or another, on my pc it seems the resolution of all graphics and images on the net are very poor. all blurry and what not, very "low quality" is this an internet setting? I was messing around in photoshop before it happened. I was trying to reduce the kb size i guess, and save the pic i was working on on a low quality setting to take up less space. Would this have anything to do with it? Im not to savy when it comes to this. any help is appeciated.

if you have an LCD monitor, change your resolution size the next higher ones. LCD monitors have a native resolution. if it is set below, it will be fuzzy.

left click on background/properties/setting/change resolution to 1024 x 786 or 1280 x 1024
