Downloadable Planner/Calendar Programs?

Just recently starting college, I'm havin trouble keepin up with all of my assignments, and was wondering if there was a program I could use to keep up. Like a Calendar type thing where I could record what was due on what days and all that. Does anyone know of one?

I just use google calendar, theres plenty of online calendar apps.

google calendar is nice b/c you can have events recur, like a math homework due every friday.

Bikeless for the moment.

idk about yours but our school online system (called compass) absolutely sucks donkey balls. it takes like 5 minutes to load the page and there is a 50 50 chance it'll crash your browser

I too started college recently. What I do is the day I get the assignment do it. Now wait until the night before it is due because then i may forget about it and it isn't as fresh in my mind. Another great idea is a dry erase board. What school/major?

For my calender I have iCal on my mac. sorry no help probably.

UMR's system isn't too bad, i am just too lazy to go to it. They actually have it where the teachers post the assignments on there, but only one or two do it is too much work for what it's worth.
