I might wanna lay low for a while...

Well, ya see, I had this court date I needed to go to... in about 6 hours. Unfortunately, I am nowhere near NC. I just called every number on their website and only 1 worked, so I left a message.

I really don't want a warrant out for my arrest...

Trip, TELL THEM I'M INNOCENT!!!

ha ha, they are pretty strict too, they only cut mine down a few mph and wouldn't hear of that probation or driving school crap without a verified driving record.

I am going to see the prosecuting attorney today at 5 for a 44 in a 25. He told me to be there between 5 and 5:30 with $175 and we will talk about what he is going to do to get it to a non-points violation. It was an 81 dollar ticket, but insurance would have gone up. Anybody know if the 175 typically covers everything, or just his charges?

just his charges, you still have to pay court costs and any ticket fees.

pay the fee for a reduced violation... it will most likely be equipment misuse.

He said he always there from 5 to 5:30. So today I go to his office at like 3 minutes after five. The other guy who has an office in the same building says that he's not there and I can sit and wait if I want to. Flash forward. 5:25 and the son of a bitch still isn't ****ing there. The worthless piece of **** never showed up. I ****ing hate worthless pieces of **** like him who I am still going to have to pay a **** ton of money to. Stupid piece of chit.

that SERIOUSLY sucks man. here the most you can do is pray. if you miss a court day, they dont take excuses, nor valid reasons even, and just arrest you for it. luckily its only a night in jail, and they give you an ROR(release on recognisance) the next time advisory is held.
