Whooohooo!!!

just thought i'd share some personal info for ya! i have been on a mission to lose some weight. i joined the gym on aug 1st wieghing in at a whopping 318 lbs. today ( oct 10th) i weighed 298.5. about 20 lbs lighter. big milestone for me breaking the 300 mark. now i only got about 113.5 lbs to go.

trying to get into some better shape for next riding season so i can find some decent gear to fit my [email protected]@ into. anywho's just thought i'd share.

not to mention how well the bike will handle and power to weight ratio after losing 130 lbs off my gut

Every 7 lbs you drop is equal to the gain of 1 HP! Being healthy will also benefit your riding skills and techniques. Keep up the good work!

that's funny because i read that in mens health mag a while back!! so, after losing 133 lbs( my goal) i would have access to about 4.45 inches, taht's about 4 more than i got now.

I've been known to say that my gut is a good form of birth control... if a girl is even willing to sleep with my fat ass, then the gut blocks complete penetration...

well, i've got three kids... had a discussion about birth control once and was told i could always use the pullout mehtod, i replied i got three kids, i'm good at putting it in, terrible about pulling it out!!!!

I thought Keith Code taught the "slow in, Fast out" method in "A Twist of the Wrist"? Had no idea he was talking about birth control Is that what they call "Cornerus Itteruptus"?
