Nike+ Challenge

Does anyone else have these shoes/iPod combo? If not, thats cool, I just wanted to challenge someone to run 100 miles with me before Jan 1. It should be easy, just a little more than 3 miles a day. Anyone in?

I am about to run and grab another beer...

Let's see from my chair to the kitchen is about 30 feet... So there and back is 60 feet... A mile is 5280 feet... 3 miles is 15840 feet...

So if I need to do 3 miles a day, then that means... 15840ft/day ų 60ft/beer = 264beers/day... Totally doable.

Not bad... I hope to do a touch better than that on Friday.
Have my PT test, need 2 miles in 16 min. And it's supposed to be cold and rainy.
