so, how long is everyone's commute (typical).

Also what method of transport (public/private) and what type (bus/train/car/bike/foot).

Between 12 and 20 minutes depending on traffic. My truck or my bike... mostly my truck.

23 miles, ends up being about 25 minutes.

This time of year = car/truck

Once the damn snow is gone, bike, unless I need to haul or pick up something.

The furthest building on campus from my house, not including dorms, is a 10 minute walk.

18.6 miles one way. About 30 minutes depending on traffic. I am almost always on the ZX6R year round, unless I have a board or committee meeting which means looking pressed and transporting bank doc's, then I am in my old trusty 83 Firebird.
