Buying a New bike?

I am thinking of buying a new 08' Ninja ZX6R. I like the new Vivid Yellow color, I like em a little flashy. My last bike was an 06' 636 ninja. I loved it. It put a smile on my face every time I rode it. Has anyone here ridden both an 04'-06' and an 07' or newere Ninja 6R. Do the new ones feel the same as the old ones and how do they compare. I have yet to ride a new one so I dont know?

Never ridden either so I can't help you out but if you liked your last one so much I'll bet you'll like the ZX6R.

Dealer gave me a quote of $9386 out the door. Gonna talk it over with the wife and see what she thinks.

You wont like the motor as much on the new ones anywhere near as much as the previous gen as its more track oriented and looses a ton of bottom and mid, which the 636 was class leader for.
