Chipmunks in my bike!

Hey community,

Looking for a little help here. I recently took my motorcycle out of my shed. I am getting it ready to ride since the weather is finally warming up, here in the way up north. I opened up my storage compartment on my 2009 Suzuki SV650SFK9, my first bike, and I saw that chipmunks had made a nest in there. I would like some advice on cleaning out the stench. Would it be wise to spray the compartment out??

-thanks for the help,
Dubs

I hauled a CB 750 project bike out of garage once and when I took the air box apart, mice ran out and scares the ***** out of me!

Just clean it out with soap and water, wipe it down with Clorox Wipes and it's as good as new.
