TRUE personality test.

This is not just some joke of a personality test, this is an actual test with an accurate (at least for me) assessment. I think I chose the wrong job.

Anyway, the test is in Word format, so you will obviously need MS Word to take it.

Here are my results, it fits me to a T! http://www.typelogic.com/istp.html

The test is attached below. You will need to print out page 6 to score your answers. Once you have your "type", you can click this link: http://www.typelogic.com and then select your type to read a description.

I apologize in advance

On the serious side this is a great tool for team building. By having each member complete the survey and then another group member presenting the other person to the rest of the team. It cuts to the chase and makes everyone aware of how others may respond to team assignments, leaders, and directions.

Mine came out to ESTJ and oddly enough accurate for me and my job.

Did you catch that the Profiles are authored by Joe Butt

Well mine came out mixed and they have no links to those so I checked out both options - mine was EXTJ - so I checked out ESTJ and ENTJ. I read them both briefly. I will check them out when I have more time as they are quite lengthy as well as the test but very interesting.

if you read this believe it or not this is a bascally summerization of me in some good ass words

ISFJs are often unappreciated, at work, home, and play. Ironically, because they prove over and over that they can be relied on for their loyalty and unstinting, high-quality work, those around them often take them for granted--even take advantage of them. Admittedly, the problem is sometimes aggravated by the ISFJs themselves; for instance, they are notoriously bad at delegating ("If you want it done right, do it yourself"). And although they're hurt by being treated like doormats, they are often unwilling to toot their own horns about their accomplishments because they feel that although they deserve more credit than they're getting, it's somehow wrong to want any sort of reward for doing work (which is supposed to be a virtue in itself). (And as low-profile Is, their actions don't call attention to themselves as with charismatic Es.) Because of all of this, ISFJs are often overworked, and as a result may suffer from psychosomatic illnesses
