How do you say "I'm Sorry"...?

The murder conviction that sent a man to Death Row 20 years ago was vacated Thursday, with the Florida Supreme Court saying that evidence withheld by prosecutors might have been enough to change the verdict.

I can't remember where it was, but the same sort of deal happened last year. A guy was on death row for 20 something years, prior to DNA evidence. They found conclusive evidence that it was someone else and not him.

Well, he served 20 years for check fraud. I hope he learns his lesson and never writes a bad check or tries to pass a stolen check again. Although, something tells me that he'll be cashing a check from the state in the near future.

Surrender the booty, and let me get my hands on that beautiful treasure chest!!

One of these days, I'll actually buy a bike again...

This is bound to happen... it sucks but as a assembly line judicial system its bound to happen....

But on Bee's post...it didn't say that he wasn't guilty...it just said the evidence technicality could have got him off...that's it...
