Pip & Low are so right!

Expert! On a Kat, with no leathers. No offense to my Kat buddies but you understand.

I think their test is a JOKE!!

What a shame some poor guy has to rash up his Kat in such a piss poor attempt to study. That is just wrong!

I think that's actually really sad and pathetic. The ONLY person there that has ANY clue about bikes is the rider....and he seems to be a bit...um, "off".

The problem is that all of these 'accident' investigators are trained to determine things like this about CARS which have a distinctly different physics factor than cars. They say they're gonna use him to determine what sort of riding the "road surface in the parking lot is capable of sustaining." but they don't even use an accurate control for the bike. If I recall correctly, Kellen was riding a GSXR...Not a Kat. I'm betting the GSXR uses different rubber than the Kat. Not to mention, the skill of the rider in keeping a bike upright..... If you were to take 2 identical bikes and put me and Twisty, for example, on those bikes you would find that he could ride a circular lap around that same lot MUCH faster than I can.

Those are both factors on bikes that you do not have to account for, as much, in a car. They're going to make their determinations and form opinions based on faulty info and that's bad for any of us on two wheels when it comes to accident investigation. There is so much more that needs to taken into account that isn't in these cases and it just makes me

The idiot reporter doesn't even know how to pronounce Katana!
I bet the rider didn't know it would be aired or even what he was helping do.
He sure didn't look like he new how to ride.

How many tests do they need? He slid across the parking lot over a curb and into trees! Well, faster than the expert on the high performance crotchrocket katana did.

, I don't know if I'd "volunteer" to do that with my bike. That's kinda stupid, I am going to guess that the Police paid for the repairs, but still, that's like the most idiotic thing that I've seen done "voluntarily" on a bike.
