I get this all the time

I seen this on another forum. They were telling stories of how you get stupid questions from people after you are parked or at a stand still.

From How fast does it go? to Popping wheelies in traffic at a red light LOL

Well Here's my story..

I just moved to a new apartment complex. I had my bike outside my garage along with 2 other bikes. An 05 gixxer1 and a busa... My neighbor comes out and says So you ride? I'm like yeah... He goes which one is your bike... I go the gixxer6..he goes over and looks at all of them and say Where is it?...I only see 2 suzuki's out here and a hyabusa

I look at him weird and said "it's the yellow one"

My favorite comment is when I am riding someone elses bike. I have a Yamaha leather jacket that I wear. I was on my buddies GSXR one day and this guy pulls up next to me at a light and says "Hey man you know you on the wrong bike". I tilt it to the side like I am looking at the sticker and then go " oh **** I hoped on the wrong bike again". The looks I get are priceless.

Yeah, i got that a lot. Now I keep the high beams on all the time, ecept for when i'm riding behind someone else on a bike, but that doesn't happen a lot.

A friend of mine was out riding the other day on his '04 Triumph Speedmaster. Pulls up to a red light in traffic. Person in a cage beside him sticks his head out the window & yells for him to pop a wheelie. Must've left home w/o his brain!

I guess there is not a stupid question, if the person doesn't know...then they don't know.... yeah right! I get alot of stupid questions..

1 Can you do a wheelie? yes.
2 Can I see you do one? NO! (Get a bike and maybe)
3 How fast have you had it? pegged out.
4 Aren't you missing your fairings? No dip [email protected], its the naked version.
5 Wow awesome paint job, what color is it? and how do they do that, how much did that cost? don't worry about it, thats why its a custom paint job, they don't need to know.

thats the top stupid questions I get often.

Granted I wasn't on a bike but...

I was putting some miles on a 91 Ferrari Testarossa and I had some lady hang out of the passenger side of an SUV and ask me "what year is your Mustang?"...I just stared at her blankly and explained it was a Ferrari.

This is, by far, the one I hear the most. I look at them like buy your own bike then you can wheelie up and down residential streets all day.
The next one that take the cake is: I have a 04 gsxr 1k. I was at a light and I guys pulls next to me and says what size is your bike? I point to the red "1000" on the rear. He looks at me like I put my lid down and just rode off. Cagers are strange.

I take it that lady saw the Horse in the emblem and automatically thought Ford Mustang..... . If you dont know the difference between a Ferarri and a Mustang, you probably shouldnt even open your mouth to make a comment...Does she even know what an '91 Mustang looks like?

Heres a 91 Testarossa:

Here is a 91 Mustang:

Oh I just cant tell the difference...

about the
