Two employees shot to death at motorcycle shop
Albuquerque police say two employees of a southeast Albuquerque motorcycle shop were shot and killed early Thursday evening.
Police received a call about a robbery in progress around 5:00 Thursday evening at the Rider Valley motorcycle shop near Central and Tramway. Customers say one of those employees made the call.
But when officers arrived, they found the bodies of two young men, both shot in the chest.
Police say the two murders are the 28th and 29th of the year. Police donít have any suspects in custody.
The investigation continued into Friday morning.
Police think the double murder may be related to the shooting deaths of two police officers later that night.

Two Albuquerque officers killed
Two veterans with the Albuquerque Police Department were shot and killed late Thursday night.
The officers, whose names have not been released, were picking up a man for a mental health evaluation near Ash and Gold in southeast Albuquerque around 10:00 Thursday night.
Police say the man fired shots at them and took off on a motorcycle.
Other officers blocked off a huge area as they searched for the suspect.
Officers caught up with the suspect near Louisiana and Southern.
The officers were taken to the University of New Mexico Hospital, where they died early Friday morning. Both worked for the department for more than 20 years. They also both leave behind wives and children.
The suspectís name has not been released.
Gov. Bill Richardson on Friday ordered flags around the state to be flown at half-staff through Sunday in honor of the fallen officers.
