Sorry I haven't been on TWF lately.

Hey TWF members,

Some of you may have noticed I haven't been on TWF ing lately. There is a few reasons, one I haven't had a stable internet connection in four or five days. Second as most of you regulars know I will be buying a R1 soon. I went up north to go look at the bike this past Sunday when I got a very upsetting phone call.

One of my best friends at my age of 24 was killed in a car accident sunday morning at 5:20 am. He was out for a halloween party, in which he only had two beers that night and he wasn't drunk. He is always out partying having a good time, but this one night he didn't drink hardly at all. Approximatly at 5:20 am on a back road he fell asleep, crossed the center lane and smashed into a tree.

I am taking PTO time off work tomorrow afternoon and heading back to KY for the visitation services wednesday and the funeral service on friday. Then I will be staying until sunday afternoon. I am trying to deal with this tragity the best I can just by remembering all the good times we had.

It may be a little bit longer until I am back full swing here on TWF...just letting everyone know whats up. I just uploaded 10 pics of the R1...so when ever those are approved I will get a thread started for those.

I leave you with the online news from my friends accident.

Accident victim identified

HERALD-LEADER STAFF REPORT

Jeremy Miller of Georgetown was killed when his truck left Newtown Pike and struck a tree near the Fayette-Scott county line, authorities said today.

The Fayette County coroner released the 24-year-old's name today.

Miller died of blunt force trauma to the head and chest, according to the coroner.

About 5:20 a.m. Sunday, Miller was driving northbound toward Scott County in a Chevrolet S-10 pickup, police said.

He crossed the center line and struck a tree on the opposite side of the roadway, the coroner's office said.

Nothing harder. Good to know it wasnt drunk accident though, that would jut smear the image. So its good leave that memory in tact, But yeah stay positive, help the close family cope. Losing a Friend, family member, pet, or even just someone u barely know can be difficult.

Stick with it and spend some hours on the Yamaha, itll keep ya a bit positive
