For people that workout

Hey guys,

I have been using No-xplode now for 2 weeks and the results have me awsome. Im gonna just quickly tell yea it does what it says. The pumps, energy, size, and performace are awsome.

I have been in the gym like crazy(Last night was my 1st night off in months) getting in tip top shape for the up coming race season and after taking this for weeks I have seen double the results.

My cardio inprovments have been awsome!

He is the website. Readup! This stuff blows NO2 out of the water. The only issue is you have to drink like 120oz of water a day.

i'd give just about anything to be really lean, steroids whatever
what kinda really gains r u getting? is it just a placebo to make u work harder or what?


p.s havent been on for a long time on here cause i got a new comp and was without one for a while, it would be great if somebody could change my name to Stunt4Life. thanks ill be on a lot more often now

Yeah it leans you out like crazy. Not a placebo. It is a creatin&Nitic Oxide compound. Mine is red fruit punch. In the cardio area, I can run in the top 10 intestity for and hour where 40 mins was my max and I was done. now I run for an hour and then do 20 mins on the ski machine. In the work out area its insane. There has been a 30% across the board in lifting. Im telling you guys, its crazy awsome. The endurace factor alone is worth the 30 bucks.

Yeah they have the stuff at my gym.... but then the question is... if you don't do the cardio to deplete that "energy" can you even go to sleep at night?

how long a day do work for? for track racing id think u just wanna have forearms as strong as mine and a god back and abs thats it and weight absoutly as little as possible like lance armstrong?


by 2006 sept 6th my (16th birtyday) to maby go from 6ft 180lbs (right now) to maby 6'1" and 170lbs loosing 10lbs of fat although i really only see 5 or so and gaing the rest back in pec musscle and a little extra on my arms and lats and lower back.

just need to look good or at an absoulte minimum little better than average

heres the downside to that stuff......being as that it has creatin in it esp.

Like you said...you have to drink ALOT of water during the day....gains that you see are 30% solid and 70% bull**** (because its all water retention)....trust me.

Ive been a hardcore workout fanatic since i was 16. I lift about 4 days a week now.

I used to use creatin (cell-tech) and energy drinks as well as I used to take andro and such supplements...

trainers, personal experience, etc etc...have all led to believe that creatin is a WASTE! once you stop taking it...you lose 50% of what you had gained.

its good for energy...but dont expect to gain a solid 10lbs of muscle because of it...6 of those lbs are water and sugar.

Yeah you have drink a ***** load of water. The NO is key here, It allows the vascular system to expand alowing more nutrients into the mucles.

Quitting just about any enhancer will cause loss of gains. Thats just nature. I do conditioning more than heavy lefting. Creatin is great for blocking lactate acid(cause's muscle fatiuge or forarm pump)hence the crazy cardio preformance and energy. The avg raceer is 160-180.

So Im sold on the theroy that the stoppage of creatin will cause loss but the overall theroy that creatin is a waste I'm not.

im not really looking for any performance gains just being able to run longer which id=s easly accomplishable cause i have a treadmill but i just want to lean out a LOT would that stuff help a lot

i can curl 45-55lbs a few times one handed with a iorn weight cause i have one in my room right now but just wanting to lean out a lot will a supplement work with a lot of arebic excersize?
i guess my main question is with right diet and excersize it is possible to go from around 17% body fat to under 7% in lets say 6 months?

My mom owns Curves the fitness place for women and we got a body fat analizers there and they works for guys to says im around 17% so around 4% is like totaly ripped or so right?

4% is way to low.To drop weight faster, you want to do cardio works and keep you heard rate around 140-150 for you size.

And if your looking for a supplement to help try Lipo 6....

my heart is likea big block motor makes tons of torque just dosent rev very high, when im racing at 105% in the 250A class on my 05 yz450f i still breath through my nose and my heart rate is probally no more than 100beats per minute.
