and there are tons more out there.
I've noticed lately a LOT of new guys coming in to the forum, and thats great, but a lot of the times they are coming in for help or suggestions and not really getting anything out of our online community.

If a new member has posted a thread, please try to keep the hijacking to a minimum. a lot of us (myself included) tend to hijack threads rather easily, and while its all fun and good in off topic threads and such, it can be a little distressing and unhelpful to the new guys. I've seen a lot of guys come in and post one question, and never return because they get a thousand of these or

Or some of the "Oh christ not this chit again" pics...

while these are funny and showcase our more frequent members obvious post whoreing skills, they tend to distract not only from the new members question, but also set a bad example for "newer" members starting to make a name for themselves.
I think its a great idea to throw love to the new guys but if you want to say
try to help them out as well. Explain to them how to use the search option, or better yet show them some links to some other new guy's threads, they arent hard to find.
Soooooo just to remind you guys, the forum cant grow if the new guys make one post and never come back, so make sure you are being a good ambassador for the site!
