Hello!!

I am new to the forum and thought I would introduce myself. I am Tommy from Cardiff a small community in North San Diego County. I owned and rode for about 3 years from 96' thru 99' a FZR 600. I regretfully sold it at the time and it has taken me untill now to replace it. I replaced it with an 06 YZF R6. I am still in the break in period (for the bike and myself) but WOW what a diiference from th FZR. Anyone from the San Diego area? I'll be looking for people to ride and do some track days with.

The License plate and rear turn signal assembly is gone. I replaced it with a much cleaner one from Lockheart Phillips. I am in the process of collecting all my riding gear now. I got a Alpinestar leather jacket, Arai Quantum II helmet, Alpinestar smx 4 boots and a pair of Alpinestar sp 2 gloves. When I can scape up more cash Leather pants will be next.

I used Goo-be-gone (any citrus based anti-sticky stuff) apply, let soak in, rub off with fingers or damn (clean) sponge. Took two applications, then cleaned with some quick detailing spray to keep it shiney.

Thanks for the advice you guys on getting my stickers off.

I got them off the tank and swing arm, and put a tank protector on yesterday.
