Let's see...

1) Fix my bike up to make it look all sweet and pretty.

2) Get ripped.

3) Get leathers.

4) 4+ track days.

5) 20k+ miles.

6) Cross country trip... FL to OH, OH to CA, CA to OH, OH to FL.

7) Buy a second bike (track only or supermoto toy... depends on what kind of deals come my way while I have money... which isn't very often).

8) Drag a knee (should be easy).

ok I have to ask sorry, but why a bigger bike? I nowhere in your post get you are even close to the potential of the 750 you currently own? This isnt a dis but a honest question.

didnt say you couldnt handle it. I said you havent gave me the impression of pushing it nowhere near its potential. You have to think I am older n have out grown alot of the more power is better, etc. crap. My 600 is great for what I do with it. There are no straights where I can go WOT safely so I dont even bother. And as far as low end lagginesses, I have a older 600 and even when its laggin, its passing 99% of whats on the road so I just dont get it. And by all means if you want n feel you need a 1k+ get it, I'm sure my thoughts on the subject wont hinder you

but I bet a twin will fill tat low end void better than a 1k

I push my bike pretty good however I am not dragging knee nor am i trying too because of the proper equipment.... But I do throw it into corners well... I dont want a V-Twin because they are no more powerfull or as quick as my current bike plus they dont wind out nearly as high (RPM wise)... My bike lags until around 5k rpms and the liters pretty much have the power on tap all the way throughout the rev band. I may be exaggerating the lagging issue a little bit but I would just like something newer and bigger this thing is almost a fossil for crying out loud.

I rode a modded ZX-10 this summer and I just cant get the grin off my face that thing put on it... Man did that thing just go.... but will i get a new bike this season probably not... due to a lot of reasons but if i do come into some money and i can afford one I will get a Liter.

On the track, since I can't afford a school this year, practice, practice, practice what I was taught last year at some track days.

No real goals other than improving my skill...help the wife improve hers and not have any accidents.

I got creamed by a car a few years back and don't really want to go through that again.
