K8 CBR600RR or K8 GSXR600??

Hi guys,

I'm sure this is an age old question but I wanted to put it out there tailored to my own circumstances.

I've currently been riding a few years now and after starting on a naked (K9 Ducati Monster 696+) I moved to a K7 SV650 as it looks a bit sportier and much better for my 80 mile a day commute.

I'm looking to up my game a little and get a bigger bike but obviously I don't want to break the bank on insurance premiums so a 600 is probably the way for me to go.

I'm set on the fact I will be getting a Supersports and unless any other suggestions are made it'll probably be a CBR or GSXR.

I'm 6ft 3" and as mentioned I do an 80 Mile commute daily (Mix of motorways and city riding) into central London (Hence the minimum requirement of a K7/K8 model due to ULEZ in 2019).

Any tall guys got any experience with either bike? I've sat on both and they seem fairly comfy but I'm not sure how they'll be on such long journeys in and out of work.

Any input would be great.

Thanks in advance.
