They're pretty easy. Just a matter of routing the wires under the seat and possibly under the tank.

What mods do you have to your bike?

www.dynojet.com

You can download maps and save them to your desktop for future use.

yeah easy to do technically... but its a PITA cuz you gotta pull the tail loose, i think the 636 has a really easy to lift tank so that part will be cake.... Just be really careful on the tail tabs and hte plastic push button tab things, they break fairly easy and its not good on em to take off anymore hten u have to.
plan on 2 hours if u have never done it beofre... and leanrign a lot about the bike's layout.

A high quality 520 will take plenty of abuse.

My power commander came in yesterday and im putting it on tomorrow, i sent a email to dynojet because They dont have a muzzy slip on and aftermarket air filter map. And the guy sent me a messege back that all slip on are pretty much the same, so he is to get the Map 208-008 So for all u ZX6RR 03 riders putting on a PC3 with just a slip on and aftermarket airfilter just down load this map 208-008. Good luck and thanks everyone
Thanks Josh

i think so, See they had a map with Full muzzy and aftermarket air filter. But not one for a slip on muzzy. I checked it out and the maps for a 636 are dffernet, but i think the slip on thing goes for all type. the PC3 didnt change much on take off, but about 8,000 rpm + a huge change.

Well the good news is i love the power commander, the bad is i went down today. i was going to work and started down the road were i work and went over a blind hill. there was the city road crew there i never knew they was there. Well i had 3 chooses 1:hit the van that was in my lane, not even a tire on the side of the road. 2:take the other way praying that i didnt hit anyone standing there. 3: take the ditch. I took the ditch. Bad part was there was no sign or a flager to let me know danger ahead. One of the crew come over and said "We heard u comin and i said everyone look out i dont think he knows we are here." i started once to say hell yea i dont know, were in the hell was a flager or a sign. Think god for full face helmets and jackets. i did the best i could to stop but i didnt think i was to going to make it so i ditched it. But anyways i wish everyone the best.
Thanks josh

You should ask to talk to the supervisor of the crew and ask em to fix damage, i am sure they have policy to warn motorists... and u have the guy to quote....depeidng on damage it may be worth challenging, the city tends to wanna settle rather then go to court, and if they violate their policy, they are at fault civily.

im ok, thank god for gear, i have cuts on my knees and damn road rash on my pinky on my right hand. I bet it will be bad in the morning i may not be able to get out of bed... ...But ,my bike the front, left and rear fairing are in pieces my back lid broke off. The frame that comes up to the tail is bent up some. The only good was i drive it home, got up to about 60 and no shakeing or anything so the driveable part i may be ok but it looks like crap..
Thanks josh

Well that was me doing the work, we took it to the bike shop this morning and omg not good at all. he called me back i hit the floor. 8,800 dollars to fix my bike and the bad thing is that a new ZX6R 07 model is 8,999. the great nice state of alabama(not), Has a law "that lets say if i wreck and if they can put anything no matter how big or small on u that u did wrong, your case is lost." So in my case the damn city had no signs or a flagger about them being in the middle of the road over a blind hill. So im screwed because i cant fix my bike and the city is not going to pay for it because they said i was speeding. the speed limit on the road is 25 i think i was going 40 maybe or so. I now feel like it was all my fault, i should have known that a damn van was going to be parked in my lane. O well that is the way bull crap laws go some time.
Thanks
