99zx6r conversion?

Does anybody know what is involved in converting the front end of a 99 zx6r to a 00 zx6r? I think everything should line up but i am thinking of the gauge cluster and headlights. I have a 00zx6r but my buddy has a 99 and hates everytime i park next to him!!

Yeah i put his on mine and everything mounted up except for the gauges and the headlight plugs. Does anyone know if they make a conversion or do we have to modify his?

you probably have to modify that. no big issue though, since it CAN be done.

If its just the headlight plugs... that's a simple fix!

The gauges... just make a bracket! You can alum stock from most Home Depot type stores.
