Flame Graphics - what's your opinion?

Hey all, was thinking of putting some of these on my 01 Blue ZX-6R...what do you think? Which do you like, the lighter ones or the darker ones?

Lighter ones

Darker ones

i think i like the lighter ones. i like flames on a bike only if it isn't overdone. keep it tasteful. maybe not do the entire bike as shown. just do the nose/fairings, but not the tank and tail. just my opinion though.

The light ones look like the EX500 graphics.

Either color would be fine- whichever you like, but if you took about half of them off (every other flame, vertically) it would look better.

I kinda like it... even Honda did that on some 600RRs. The orange with black graphics... but then again.. I'm chopper boy.

I like flames and such, but for a bike they have to be done a correct way...like the way that I got the paint done on my bike, try to have the flames airbrushed in. They blend a lot easier this way, but still stick out just enough. You dont have to worry about stickers pealing (i'm not a sticker fan either). But with everything i've ever done...airbrushing flames works the best

to an extent. I think the decals on my ride look sweet, only cause w/o them the fairings are pretty bland as far as style goes. The newer bikes tend to get more creative with the design of the fairing instead of the design of the paint/decal. I think either way you can have a beautiful bike or a piss ass ugly bike.

When i think flames as an after market accessory, i think newb.

I prefer ghost flames, but the lighter ones do look good on that bike.
