Few questions about my 07 zzr600...

1. My bike rarely turns out without a little throttle, whether it's warmed up or not... if it's warm, and turned off for only about 30 mins, it'll start right up, without throttle, otherwise, I have to give it a little blip in order for the engine to turn over... anyone else experience this??

2. I know there's a switch by the clutch that shuts off the engine if you try releasing the clutch, while in gear, with the kickstand down... but how sensitive is this on your bikes? On mine, I let go of the clutch maybe 1mm, and the engine dies

3. I got hit by a rock tonight and it scratched the generator cover (round part in middle of fairing here... http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/photos/ZZR_8649.jpg) and the edge of my left fairing slightly... I doubt it but I'm wondering if any damage could've occured...

the rock issue, all it did was likely scratch it. theres absolutely nothing to worry about unless you see oil coming out of the cover.

the clutch switch, sounds like its working perfectly. mine it did exactly the same thing.

Yeah and for start up, its a carbed bike, they like a lil fuel to start them, they are cold blooded by nature. As for everything else you got nothing to worry about, your kill switch is working well and get some paint for the scratch.

The scratch honestly isn't big at all... you can notice it because you see metal instead of the sh*t colored paint haha... I'll hold off until I send some stuff to get powdercoated, and I think I'll just include that cover along with some other stuff
