98 mustang gt's only had 225hp at the crank, 99 GT's had 260hp at the crank and only put down about 235-240 rwhp. that 1530cc ZX-14 kit is insane!!! 240whp on a 500lb bike???
I love passing Busas at the gap. The ones decent in skill try to straight line queen me by nailing it out of the corners, but I just stuff them entering to return the favor.
nope. not worried about them at all. can still outcorner either on an old GS500E easily. so screw worrying, I just gotta stay in some twisty roads, and I'm good.
ill agree, your average busa rider will get smoked in the twistys by your average 600 rider, but most guys who can really really get down in the twistys are riding 600's or liters. put one of those guys on a busa, and your average 600 riding twisty guy cant hang.
busas can drag peg too ya know

Nope, because a Busa is a fat pig without much clearance. A decent rider on a liter will smoke a decent rider on a Busa. There is a reason you don't see good twisty riders on Busa's and see a lot of them on 600's.
actually all i was saying was that it takes more skill to outride a 600 in the twistys if you're on a busa, but it can be done. you just dont see it because if you do have that much skill, chances are you're riding a 600 or liter instead of that "fat pig" of a bike. thats all.
Is there velcro on the seat or on your thighs? That pic looks like it is .35 seconds before a lowside. Awesome picture tho! I added it to my collection.
Awsome post!!!!!
This means that there will be a bumper crop of freshly crashed Busa's next year.......they must be invested in Suzuki stock, and trying to cash in on th esale of replacement bikes:nkick:
You aint got balls if you dont drag elbows. But you have to realise the busa isnt made for twisties. I mean sure it does have influences but a 1300+ has no place being there. They are made for all outs balls to da wall with sligh curves. Its like using a fork as a knife. It works but it wasnt made for it.
