Which ninja 250?

Yesterday I went to look at 2 motorcycle's! They were both 2002 Kawasaki Ninja 250r's and I was able to get the price for both of them down to $1800.

The first bike I looked at was green and had 12K miles on it. The bike was very nice and passed the test that I gave it (based on the article from Adam on Clarity.net). The owner of this bike knew quite about this bike and was able to answer basically all the questions I had asked him. He kept the Maintenance on the bike very tight as he had about 26 years of riding experience (so he claims). The only reason he was selling this bike is so that he could upgrade to a bigger Triumph. The only modification was the recommended 15 tooth front and 41 tooth rear sprocket. Here is the link for this bike.

As you can see from the link, this rider seems to really care about the bike.

The second bike was blue and had 7.5K miles on it. This bike was also very nice and passed the test that I gave to it (from Clarity.net). The owner of this bike was the second owner and said that the 1st rider barely road it (as you can tell by the milage). The owner wasn't as clear with some of the questions as the green bike owner was, but he has been riding since 1999 on and off. It seemed like he kept up with the maintenance of this bike. He also wanted to sell this bike to upgrade to a bigger bike and said he would keep it if he had the garage space. The modifications to this bike include heated grips, the 15 tooth front sprocket, a removable DIY storage case for the rear seat, and an aftermarket exhaust that makes it sound louder . Here is the link for this bike.

From this link, he lists not as much stuff about the bike compared to the other guy.

So my main question is which bike do you think I should get? The green one might be more visible (what do you senior member's think?) compared to the blue one and the seller seemed to know more about the bike and bikes in general. But the blue one has a loud exhaust which might make it more audible (what do you senior member's think?) compared to the green one. There are so many benefits of the blue bike (less milage, heated grips, large carrying case{which by the way cost him $18 to make}) but i'm not sure if I should let that distract me from buying a stock bike from a guy who has been around bikes for 26 years and really cares about them. What do you think? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
