did you do anything with the bars to give you more of a lean. That was my biggest gripe when I sat on one. It felt like I was sitting up straight.

Looks like it... as he inverted the forks... and put on clip ons...

Yes, it's a ZX-6RR front end and Woodcraft race clip-ons. Full race riding position, much different from the stock handlebar position.

How long did it take to paint over all the red frame? LOL That was my favorite part of that bike.

I got it powdercoated. I think Kawi should have made it black from the start, it's got a lot more universal appeal than the red did. And if you're going to do red on a steel tubular frame, it needs to be DUCATI red, not maroon!
