I am also new to this forum as well as the biking world. I've been riding an 06 SV650S since the end of September. I've been doing a lot of reading on this forum and found a lot of helpful advice. I still have a lot of questions, some about riding in general, and some about my SV so maybe you can all help me out.

I am also new to the forum and new to the world of riding. As of late September I've been riding an 06 SV650S. I've been doing some reading and gotten lots of great advice, but I still have some questions. Some are general some are specific to my bike so if I can get some help that would be great!

Welcome to Arkham...Use the search feature before you post questions...unless you like wearing asbestos underwear...Most of the regulars here have the model bike they ride posted up. They will answer questions and everyone helps where they can...even birdman...who's bikeless... ...

I have an extensive list of things I would like to do to my SV. I think I'm going to have to start with a fender eliminator and then maybe a hugger for the back tire and then a new exhaust. Ideas for where to shop for these items? I am particularly wondering about getting a new exhaust. I like the stock 2006 R6 exhaust. If I could figure out a way to make it fit can I just put that on my SV? What should I be looking for in an exhaust system? I am mainly going for something smaller (and black in color) but a boost in performance would be nice too.
