HBG crew...Free Dyno runs

I boosted this from a local board but check it out: I know Roach is familiar with the shop...should be a good time.

I think there is another party in Carlisle for Cumberland Kawi today too.

This one that you posted up is off the same street as the house I went to sign the papers on yesterday.

Damn right I did. I was impressed. 102.43hp on a bike that is almost 16 years old!

My buddy was on a 06 Triumph 675...his HP...103. Thats right, he beat me by less than a full hp. He was pissed.

I went down there, then just kinda skipped out on the party and hit up some twisty's.

I've already been to 3 motorcycle parties this year... all the same ole.

Wish I could have made it, but I'm going up there tomorrow. Hbg is about an hour and 10 from me, so hell with driving that three times back to back to back. Saturday for dyno, monday to drop bike, wednesday to get bike. This weeks gonna be a badass week.

Just got my car running stronger than ever, and the 9 is about to join it. Bring on the summer time.

Are you taking your bike to Karns? I think they are a little shadey. A buddy of mine was having an electrical problem with his 03 R1. He took it to Karns to have it looked at.... a month later and $1200.00 they found it to be a loose ground wire. It shouldn't take that long to figure that one out.

Hell if you gave it some white paint and some dark blue (Thin) Pin Strips you'd gain at least 10 Hp and 8 Ft/Lbs Torq.

However you would rather carry around those dirty SOX's and slow down your machine. You should really be ashamed of yourself..

Yeah its going up to Karns. They seem to have a nice setup, seem to be a good group of guys, seem to be knowledgeable. I'm crossing my fingers. I dont think I'll have any problems.

I agree though, thats F'd up.

I understand bike shops get busy.... but damn they shouldn't charge labor for time they really aren't working on the bike.

Another buddy of mine needed some warranty work done on his 06 ZX10r, and Koups told him they couldn't get to him till end of June.... all over a master brake issue.

Karn's is good people from what I understand. I've never had work done there...but I know quite a few people who have and they speak very highly of Jason...which is why I recommended them to Roachmaster.

And no torque numbers from the dyno. I wish there was...I'd like to know.
