Nice pics Curtis... I will hopefully be able to come on the next ride pending some work on the bike that is hopefully occurring soon...

How you likin' that shinko 190 tire now that you've got a couple miles on it? It should give you slightly slower turn in but allow harder post-apex throttle application... but a lot of that won't show up on the street.

That's a victory... they make some cool lookin' bikes... GM will chime in here and say something about Big Dog being far superior to victory

I love my new Michelin Pilot Sport the thing rocks... Honestly I dont notice a difference at all... THe only thing I can notice is it handles wayyyyy better than the old beat up wornout 180.... but yeah I am going into the corners hard and leaving fast it grips very well even when cold.... it seems like it has better control all together and the tire doesnt look smooshed onto the rim... All the handling problems everyone told me I would have by going a little bigger (wont handle as well, slower bike due to heavier tire, wont fall into the corners as well, and not as responsive in the corners) i am just not seeing.

Oh I thought it was a shinko for some reason... duno.

Anyways, glad you like it. A lot of those differences you wouldn't notice until you start riding a lot harder.

It's all about tradeoffs... motoGP bikes use big wide rear tires to favor powering hard out of the corners, since they don't care as much about how much effort turn-in requires... and they have tons of crazy techs to toy with their suspensions to negate said drawbacks....

It feels like I am cornering harder and leaning further with the new tire plus I feel more confident going into corners and accelling through
