I'll be in Ky that weekend which is about 4.5 hours away....but I don't think we'll make it down there. I won't have my R1 with me anyway. I'll have to ride my dad's cruiser that weekend.

I'm down here, but with the snow and ice last night, I brought the car. No bike. I had snow all the way into Kentucky, but Tennessee is beautiful weather.

My problem is that 90% of my company's work is directly to automotive suppliers who pay us when they get paid by DC, GM or Ford... which is never. C & A filed for bankruptcy a few years ago, and we wrote of Millions in bad debt. Now the plastics industry is expecting someone else to file this year. I'm leave while I have time to look. Not waiting until the company folds. So yes, I'm moving to knoxville. Already lined up an appartment, and am guaranteed a job (temp-ing) and API thinks they might have a full time permanent job for me. Only question is whether or not the company will wait until May 1 when I move down here, or if they need it filled NOW.

But I've already found the Hobby Lobby, bewteen me and API office, and the CycleGear store is right accross from my hotel... now I'm off to find the mall

Turkey Creek is better than the mall.

yeah, but I'll have plenty of time after I move to explore. And I can't afford a serious shopping spree until the MI house sells. Right now I'm just looking to blow the afternoon. And maybe catch a movie. And West town is between my apt and my hotel.

If you are off cedar bluff you can just hit parkside/peters road/turkey creek/ebenezer/smith rd (that damn road changes names way too much) and go west and you will run into turkey creek. It has a big theater and more to do than the mall. Bunch of cool s**t over there for killing time. Same road cycle gear is on. When you get to the Wal-Mart you are there. Be warned it's where all the rich annoying yankee transplants live, but you are a yankee transplant so you will fit right in.
