Aizen Roadrunner Bluetooth Headsets

Hi All

Some time ago I saw an item at the Auto parts wholesalers expo in Taiwan. It's a Bluetooth headset designed to fit under a motorbike helmet. It's like a collar around your throat, which has a throat mike, and a small cable up to the earpiece, which is the only bit that needs to go under the helmet. I've been wanting to get one since I saw them, but the guy wouldn't sell in small quantities, he's looking for a distributer. I think, if they work well, they'll sell really well, because they can be used without the helmet, and would be good in any noisy environment ( convertable cars, etc). There is a link to a good review on their website.

I'm wondering if any of you have seen these for sale in the States, or anywhere else for that matter? If so, I'd be keen to get you to buy one for me, and send it over!, Failing that, just give me contact details for the shop, and I'll contact them directly.

Thanks

About 8 months

I've been in contact with their Sales rep, Ben Williams. At one stage it looked like they might be useful for a project at work, but it turned out not to be the case.

I still think that these might be useful to work with some of our products, but the company isn't willing to outlay dollars on finding out. again, if we could get 1 or 2 for evaluation, it might be worthwhile.

If I get any more response from Aizen, I'll post it up here, otherwise, if someone else on the forum can help out, Fantastic!
