Icon Field Armor Question

I feel dumb asking this but does tha Icon Field Armor leg protectors go on OVER your jeans or under them? The reason I ask is because I plan on riding my bike to work and I want something I can get out of fairly fast and easy without having to go into the bathroom and change every morning.

Thanks!

EDIT: What about the Alpinestars Reflex Knee Gaurds as well.

they go under your jeans, but should be able to be taken off quite easily without having to make a trip to the bathroom (i guess this depends on how tight your pants are.) Long as you can hike up your pants over them, they should be a breeze to remove at your desk at work.
