Michelins going up

As of Jan 08 all Michelin tires will be going up in price.

$10 more a tire isnt the end of the world. PP's will still be worth it.

No, not a lot, but a risky move for a company that is getting its ass handed to it in MotoGP racing by Bridgestone.... I know they arent on anything near a production tire, but you know how images go...

If Bridgestone made a quality street tire, then I think it would be risky and would be cause for concern for the Michellin stock holders. But I dont think thats the case. You never know however, the masses are fickle.

Truth be told the BT-002's are bad. But milage is said to suck.

michelin has such huge marketshare and huge OEM presence as well. its not going to affect their sales very much, their name commands a premium!
