Icon takes a lot of s**t because it is associated with stuntaz. It is decent protection wise though, better than squidware.

icon is fine: DOT SNELL etc.

some have noticeable noise and weight but so do most mfgs.

i have 2 icons, a mainframe and alliance. the mainframe is a much better lid than the alliance.

I like the first one. put something like USMC on the back of it, and above the visor, and I'd buy it.

I hate admitting I like some of the Icon stuff (cus of the Stunna stigma) but they've come a long way with some of their newer stuff.

And say what you will about Chaps, but I'm SOOOO getting this jacket and matching chaps

(I wasn't a huge fan of the predecessor "Kitty" line, just cus I hated the fringe, but this Bombshell GoGo set in black is just plain hawt.)

I've had the Icon Alliance "Damnation" helmet for 2.5 years now, and while it's not the quietest lid on the planet, it's still plenty comfy and fits well.

No bashing here. I like their stuff. That first one would look much better in a different color.
And I actually like the 3rd one. Of course I like loud and obnoxious lids.

Those boots are hot as hell.... for going out, NOT for riding.

I've voiced this before, but I have a problem with Icon marketing those as "riding boots." I just don't feel they're safe, and anyone I know who's actually bought them is sadly disappointed with them as well (one girl's actually wore through the leather on the toe after only two months of sporadic wear... so what does that say about how they'd hold up in a crash?)

But aside from those, Icon has added a couple more styles of 'regular' women's riding boots to their lineup.

My Icon boots held up fine though, but you can tell just by looking at them that they are more serious...
