Winter Gloves for smaller hands?

Anyone have recommendations on winter gloves for smaller hands? I've tried the Joe Rocket Nitrogen in small (smallest available) and two other ones that I can't remember the name of. The Nitrogen fit about the best but the damn fingers, particularly the thumb is just a wee bit too long :( Before I try the other bike shop around here, I'd like to get some recommendations if anyone has any experience.

I like- the windshield wiper thing on the back and double cinch (or clasp?) for the wrist and then the upper wrist. Any ideas?

Checkout the FieldSheer Cobra Leather Winter Gloves:

# Kangaroo leather palm
# Drum dyed cowhide back
# Kevlar and gel reinforced pinkie
# 3M Thinsulate supreme insulation
# Soft Bemberg inner lining
# Velcro adjustable wrist and cuff area
# Full Rainguard waterproof, breathable membrane

The interior fit is pretty snug (size small) and this actually helps make the glove feel less bulky (IMO). However, the tips of the fingers do extend just a little longer because of the extra padding. So far they have worked well in keeping my hands warm in 45-60 degree temps.
