Shoei Rf-1000 sizing help

Im in between large and medium. I tried on a large and it seemed to fit nicely. I wear a 7 1/4 to 7 3/8 hat. would you go tighter with a medium or stick with the large? on the large the cheeks fit snug and no pressure on the temples or forehead. im thinking the large, but i also am afraid of the helmet "stretching" after a while... advice?

If the large doesn't hurt, I'd go for it. Or, if the cheek pads are the parts that are tight, you can get like a 33mm cheek pads to have more room. That's what I did. I think the stock cheek pads are 35mm. It shows on there. You just have to remove one and check the # on the back. I love the RF-1000. I don't remember them stretching after a long period of time. I've had my first one for 3 years now and still fits very nicely. Good luck.
