Anyone got a link to a "how to" upgrade fork springs and oil?

I have lowered my bike and am having problems keeping it from bottoming out. I would like to put some stiffer springs and better oil in there, but have no idea where to start. I am good with tools and am a car mechanic, but new to bikes.

First of all, where do I get stiffer springs and better oil? Second, how do I get the forks apart to replace the springs and oil, and third, how do I get it back together.

Thanks,
James

Ps, this is a 05 ZZR600, aka 02 ZX6R

look at racetech.com and http://sonicsprings.com to find springs. There you can fill in a few blanks and theyll recomend a weight spring for you. As for a tear down and rebuild, a clymers (or similar) shop manual will have the process step for step. Pictures 'n all! i need pictures myself.
