04 gsxr 1000 stalls out

I have an 04 gsxr 1000 with over 24,000 miles on it.It stalls out after it runs awhile and won't start back up, it sounds like the battery is dead when trying to restart it after it stalls out.It will restart when it cools down but stall again when it heats back up.all the gauges go out also

You have a bad circuit someplace. When the board heats up it causes the circuit to break and when it cools everything sets back into place and allows you to start it.

Power Commander 3.

I agree, bad circuit somewhere. check your wiring too, it may be something heats up and when it does, the wire does the same thing as everything else.

I had a truck that needed the ground cable from the battery replaced because of this exact issue.

I know its a pain but first check to see that it is grounded good and connections are secure. If the bike still stalls. Disconnect the PCIII and the negative battery terminal. Then run the bike with out the PCIII. If it still stalls. You now that's not the problem.
