Question More Suspension Help

Ok so I have the sport rider settings and everything....but I cant get that damn rear shock ring to move so i can set up the rear suspension
Ive never workrd my suspension, never needed to, I drag with it at factory settings, but I got the bug today and dont know where the rear shock rebound is or how to move the damn ring in the threads on the shock. BTW I have a 2002 GSX-R 750, NE help will be greatly appreciated. Also one turn means ONE FULL TURN or a half a turn with the little dot.

I assume you have two rings - one on top of the other. The top one acts as lock nut and requires a spanner (sp?) wrench to loosen. You can use a hammer and screwdriver as well. Once you loosen it, turn the second ring (bottom) up or down to the desired setting.

Yeah the correct way is a spanner wrench but as Pickle said... the flat head screw driver and hammer might work... its basically just a double nut style locking system.
