help on bleeding brakes

I have changed the brake lines on my 06 gsxr 1000 i need help bledding the air out. any help hint's

pump pump pump...HOLD. Bleed at the caliper, the master cylinder and the banjo's. Dont let the fluid get too low...that will allow more air into the line. Get a friend to help and dont get any fluid on pain or your rotors/pads.

use a Mity-vac, take 10min to do all the brakes!
