2001 gsxr 600 fuel problem

I have an 01 gsxr 600 in my drag quad. It had been running strong unit I partially tore it down to do some maintanence. Now when I go to fire it up it will not venomize fuel into the cylinders. I have fuel pressure good spark etc. I have changed out the computer but no difference. I am running full wiring harness off the bike including tip over, in gear and other sensors and everything is bone stock. The shop CD is weak in trouble shooting. Any one got suggestions of what to do at this point, besides taking it to someone who will turn me away when theysee the mods I have made. Any help or suggestion would be welcomed. Rod

Thanks for responding. No I currently am running all the bone stock hardware. I realy am at a loss as to what to do. I have even gone as far as mist gas down the thoats as I crank it over and nothing. I had, had it running and shut it down to do more reasembly and since then nothing. I am wondering if a sensor somewhere has got hurt/broke. Can the fuel rail be air locked/pluged? How best can I narrow bown the problem? Anything you got for clues or possible guesses as to the problem would be appreciated. MRROD

Have you got fire? Did you check for spark?

i'm not exactly sure what that means. what maintenance did you do? plug wires in the correct sequence? how did you verify that spark and fuel is working? did you check the spark plug for wetness/dryness? did you test each plug for spark? did you remove cams?

Thanks for responding to my posts. When I was working on the motor I was swaping out a water pump and changing the oil. When I I finished and went to start it up it kick a couple of times when I was cranking but then nothing. I checked the fuel pump it was building pressure pulled plugs and they were dry with good spark. I pulled the air box and cranked it over. I would see one shot of fuel at first then no more being injected after (when cranking) I have not done anything with the motor or fuel system at this point. I did run down the battery and jumped it with another battery. My Questions are, I guess, may I have to low fuel pressure? I swaped out the ECM with a spare but could I have fried something else? Thats all I can think of at this time but keep asking and maybe with your help I can figure out what happened or more likely what I did. MRROD
